01

Identifying Structural Risk

A co-working project in a major Middle Eastern city attracted significant investor attention during its early development stage. Because the project had not yet generated operational financial records, investors required an independent strategic assessment before proceeding. Within three days, we identified that the project structure itself presented a significant risk. The operating model depended less on building a sustainable co-working business and more on redirecting investor capital into higher-return incubation activities unrelated to the core project. Key infrastructure assets were leased rather than strategically secured, creating long-term instability beneath the public presentation of growth. Early identification of the structural inconsistency allowed the client to avoid significant exposure.

02

Partner Separation Without Organisational Collapse

In a major Chinese city, two founders of a well-known company reached a point where separation became necessary due to diverging long-term life directions. Despite the need to separate operationally, both parties wanted to preserve their long-standing relationship while protecting the company from disruption. Over the course of one week, we clarified the operational structure of the business alongside the personal priorities of both founders. During the following three weeks, we facilitated the development of a separation framework that protected the company, minimized structural damage, and remained acceptable to both sides. Legal and accounting teams later implemented the final structure.

03

Family Crisis Stabilisation

A family in France faced a severe domestic crisis following the breakdown of trust within the marriage. The situation involved four children, significant emotional instability, and the potential collapse of the family structure. Over a three-month period, we worked to stabilize communication, reduce escalation, and rebuild the conditions necessary for reconciliation. The process ultimately allowed the family to avoid immediate separation and restore internal stability.

Not every crisis is visible from the outside.
And not every solution begins where people expect.
